I found the staff friendly. The beds provided the softest sleep. The hotel was completely perfect. Breakfast offered delicious options. I appreciated the central situation, with everything within easy walking distance. I must mention the easy access to transport, including taxis and buses.
I found that some areas showed slight signs of wear. These were minimal and did not detract from the overall experience. Perhaps a touch of updating in the hallways would be nice.

The staff were very attentive to detail. They quickly responded to requests. Check-in was swift and efficient. The concierge offered useful directions and recommendations throughout my stay. I received excellent assistance.

the staff was generally helpful and courteous, ensuring a reasonably smooth experience .
i was disappointed by the lack of a nespresso machine in the room. instant filter coffee was offered instead (which i found inconvenient). the selection of teas was also quite limited, and i thought their presentation lacked refinement.

The location was convenient to many shops and restaurants.
The room's decor felt dated and unattractive. The tasseled curtains and dining room ceiling seemed straight out of the 1970s. I found the overall condition did not match the price. I expected more elegance.
